Do not purchase from this company I placed my order on 8/19/14 and today is 8/30/14. I was supposed to recieve my tracking number today. but the representative said that the staff is gone for the holiday. today is not even a holiday. the holiday isnt til monday. not only that, but the company and I are both located in the U.S were only 5 hours apart. there is no reason for my order to take so long the company does nothing but lie. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

The client order was placed 08/19. The processing time frame is 7-10 business days. The client order was shipped on 09/02/14. The item will deliver by 09/05/14. The client called on 09/01/14 for client support, which was labor day. Client was highly upset that her package would not ship on Labor Day, in which the postal office was closed. Our offices observe all major holidays & was closed on Sat/Sun which is our hours & Monday for the holiday.
