N1wireless.com sold a Blueant Bluetooth S4, stated on website that open box item have 1 year manufacturers warrenty, when, if fact, there is no warrenty. The device I bought was defective, and the company tried to , Internet

I bought a Blueant, thinking that it was a new, guarenteed device, when the item became defective after less than 3 months, I checked on the warrenty.  Blueant stated that the device had been sold as open box item, and there was no warrenty.  I went to N1wireless.com, to their knowledgebase, check on "open box" and it showed a 1 year manufacturer warrenty on open box blue tooth items.  This is fraud.  When I contacted N1wireless.com by phone, I was told that there was no warrenty, and that I needed to buy a warrenty from them.
