Salesman changed my contract after meeting with me. I signed a 12 month advertising agreement and he changed it to a 18 month.
When my 12 month obligation was up I noticed N2 Publishing was still charging my account. When I contacted them to cease and desist they said I had 6 months left on my contract and sent me a copy of the changed agreement. No where on the agreement was my initials or did they have my authorzation to continue.
This type of business practice has unlawful and they should be required to credit my account.
