naftali - i planet Selfie stick never worked. miami Internet

I bought an i Planet Selfie Stick while I was in the Atlanta airport. I was so excited to use it on our trip to Europe - but that didn't happen. I could never get it to work - assumed it was my fault. When I returned home from our trip, I had my son take a look at it - he works with computers all day long - I thought he would know what to do. He could not make it work either - and he has one so he knows how they are supposed to work.
I called the company today - Naftali - he said there was nothing he could do. I obviously didn't know to hook it up correctly. I would have to return it with the receipt to the Atlanta airport.
