Ordered product line from Ryan Wolfe of Nail Ezee, Advanced Nail Growth Systems. Product discolored my nails. No refund given to me, $535.00, product returned. Ms. Wolfe stated that I used the wrong return address and that all the products but a very few came to her broken. Ms. Wolfe did not let UPS see the damage for a claim and did not refund my dollars after stating she would. I have no products and no money and the fact that she didn't let UPS inspect the damaged boxes and products is very suspicious. Turned over to my attorney. BEWARE of this company if you want a refund or if your nails disclor after use.

That really sucks that this company is SO SORRY that they won't even try and work with you, especially after shelling out that kind of money on their CRAP PRODUCT.
Well keep telling your story, if you keep ONE PERSON from BEING SCAMMED at THOSE PRICES, then you've made it all worthwhile.
RIPOFF COMPANIES need to realize that when the word gets out, they won't be able to survive merely on ripping off customers.
LIke UPS does.
And, keep at it with your credit card company, talk to a supervisor, you're getting shafted because your supposed to be protected from SHAMS LIKE THIS.
Post the credit card, issuer, and anybody youve talked tos name here for the PUBLIC RECORD.
ALSO, if you already have another card(s), you might consider not even paying this one SQUAT!
OR, you can just apply for another card, then default on this one when you get it.
Good luck!

thanks for your support. i can't believe they don't care about reputation and integrity in doing business. i hardly doubt all the nail polish were broken anyway. and they didn't call ups so they could get out of the liability of my refund. if the boxes were damaged, ups would have paid me. easy. they would have verified the amount and worked with me to get a refund. i smell a dead fish. i notice on their site they don't list any addresses or faq's and nothing about returns and on the bbb i saw another complaint they don't want to answer about sales and advertising. the letter to my bank she wrote that i was being dramatic. ummmm no, i would just like my money back for products i clearly documented and clearly returned in a timely manner. not dramatic. lol
well, for what it is worth thank you for taking the time to consult with me and make me feel right. even though 535 would make me feel better and i paid 115 for shipping which included insurance. sucks being me right now

My credit card company said because I returned it to the "dock" address instead of Ms. Wolfe's home office, that I was out of luck with them. UPS said they would glady pay the claim of damage if she would provide proof of damage, but she refused. I sent the papers, all the emails she wrote where she said she would refund me and the note of UPS refusal and the letter she wrote to the bank stating the damage to 96 bottles of polish to my lawyer. Q? What business owner who ships for a living and receives a box with so much damage doesn't call the shipper immediately?? Q? If the box is addressed to her specificially, why did the "dock" accept this package? Q? If she did have damage, why not let UPS cover the costs and she can move on?? SOUR GRAPES and she DOESN'T THINK SHE HAS TO HONOR ME, period. This case reaks of bad business. In no way should I not have a refund from her, I proved defective and they admitted to me they had found "yellowing" in the product, which in the bank letter, they said they never said, but.. I should be entitled to a refund or a claim with UPS. Can't have it both ways.
