I ordered hairbows from Nala Grace over 3 months ago. However they require payment up front. When I check the order status it tells me they are on back order. When I email for a specific time I get no response. I have recently emailed another complaint and am waiting to see what response I get if any. I am not hopeful. If I ever get my product or my money back I will never order from them again.
