Dealer tried charging me a large sum and not releasing my car from service until I paid, despite the fact the damage was caused by a previous driver. Service manager did not inspect car before handing me keys, yet somehow produced a paper showing an inspection. Aside from this, dealer is totally incompetent. My car has been back 3 times per month for 6 months and no resolution of my many, many, many problems.
