Nancy Taudros ripped us off for $100 in time and trips. Nancy called us out to troubleshoot her pump that wasn't working. We recommended a new one, she approved. Nancy wanted pump installed right away so the technician made a special trip to our supplier then back to Nancy's house. When we arrived she changed her mind. We billed her a restocking fee and $55 service call for wasting two hours of our time which she failed to pay a cent. Our technicians truck gets an estimated 10.3 MPG and gas at $4+ per gallon. What a lowlife
