This is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had working with a dealership. My mom was sent here by herself which i so regret. First it took me 30 mins to get in contact with someone on the phone. Then after getting someone over the phone the pricing is fraud. So they are selling a Vehicle for 13945.00 online. Plus 199 doc fee + plus 899 dealer fee. Then Says they must charge an addition recon fee since it is a use car and charge an additional 1,000 fee if you do not finance with them. This is what making our industry look back to the consumers market today.

So if I was to have my mom finance with them price was given at 17,800 out the door but since she is paying cash 18,800 out the door. So online price goes from 13945 to almost $5000 in taxes and fees for the dealership. I promise no one not one single person that is in contact with me will ever buy here. over 10 years in the car industry myself and this buy far was even a disappointment to myself. We got to do better for our customers.
