Narional Consumer Resource Center - NCRC Promises Set-up refunds doesn't deliver Steals them instead Coconut Creek Florida

Signed up with NCRC. All seemed ok. Was promised set-up refund of $251.00 after the completion of program. Completed program in Feb 2007.
Sent appropriate documention to show all accounts paid in full. Was told that NCRC was in the process of being purchased by another company and that the new company didn't know anything about the refunds, but was looking into it and that it could take up to 6 months to receive refund.
On nov 09, tried to call company. phone number 1-888-209-0068 was disconnected and no futher inforation was available. Looked on the web and found your site.
