I have been trying to pay my mortgage online (it is a holiday week) and kept getting locked out. The mortgage company called my hubsand (it is the 1st of the month) and says we are thieves because we did not pay our mortgage on time.
I called them and told them I have been trying to pay online for a few days now but my account kept getting locked out. They did not want to hear it and charged me a fee.
