National Asset Recovery ripoff - false recovery, dishonest & harrassing! Houston Texas

Heres what you do. Read some of my other posts here on ROR in the collection agency category. Follow the directions exactly as provided and send the "CEASE COMMUNICATION" letter as per your legal right under federal law. You can read of these rights at the ftc website in the FDCPA.

The second solution is no stop your housesitter from answering your phone, or at least leave a list of people authorized to have your cell phone#, or other instructions.

Or you can call thier numbers several dozen times per day and/or saturate all known fax#'s for them with your cease communication request. That way they cannot say they didn't get it!
