In September I purchased a vehicles from National Auto Group, the loan was financed in-house by National Financial Bancorp. I was given a 30 day warranty on the car. The claimed the vehicle was inspected and was in good operating condition.

After driving the car home, the water pump burst and the engine overheated. I took it back to the dealer who said he would fix it. Picked the car up 2 days later and got homet o find the power steering had failed, while I was driving! Almost crashed. I took the car back to the dealer who said he would fix that too.

I picked the car up once again and would'nt you know it, by the time I got home the water pump was leaking and the power steering was out again. I took the car to an authorized dealer who inspected the car and found major issues, including the fact that neither the water pump or power steering was replaced like the salesman said.

Realizing that these scumbags would never really fix anything I spent almost $2500 to order parts to have a real mechanic fix the car. Keep in mind I only had this car for 30 days and put 3,000 down. They also charged me extra money because my credit is bad, not just a high APR but a larger price on the vehicle than was advertised.

I could not drive the vehicle like it was and had to get these safety issues fixed. This put me 2 weeks late on my first payment, ya I know. The repossessed the vehicle at this point. I called and once again explained that I was late because of the shady sale that was made.

They refuse to let me bring the loan current, even when I'm willing to pay the d**n reposession fee. They want the entire loan balance in full! In California there is a civil code to protect against this kind of nonsense.

The manager at National Auto Group and National Financial Bancorp won't even take my phone call. I'm just trying to pay these jerks as I can't go put another 3,000 down on another car. Not to mention the damage a repo will have on my credit.

Dont do business with this shady buy here pay here car lot. They are scumbags who sell broken cars and will probably try to repo is you are a couple days late.

I financed a car from this company and I had the same problem, I also referred a friend and again the same thing happened, they are getting over on people and something need to happen, maybe a class action lawsuit.. I also filed a complaint on here and everyone keep commenting saying I'm in the wrong not them, this company needs to be shut down, they are making so much money from scamming people.
