My boyfriend got a letter in the mail that said he won one million dollars. You have to send them $11.98 for delivery of the special premium offer. Why do you have to send money to receive it?

You can get a lump-sum of $555,000 dollars or 30 annual award checks of $33,334.00 (total $1,000,000.00). You also have to make a check or money order payable to N.A.C. A purchase is not necessary and will not improve odds of winning.

The date of this form when it was sent was 7/17/05 and I got it 3 weeks after that. You have to reply and send your money within 7 days or you can't get this money. Paul Bishop, prize Officer National Awards Commission.

My boyfriend has never entered in any contest in his life, so why would anyone want to send one million dollars if he never entered anything?
