I too received a call from a Christine around the end on April 2008 asking me if I was still interested in repairing my credit..of course I said yes. She then told me the terms of this Master Card and that I would need to pay a deposit of $200 BUT I would be getting $300 back in payment coupons to apply towards the payments of my MC. So I gave them all of my bank information to deduct the $200 on 5/2/08.
I called them on 5/13/08 to ask if they had received my payment and when I could expect to get my card, Ricky, had advised me that they had mailed me some forms that I needed to fill out and send back to them. I told him that I did not get anything in the mail. He said that they have my address as, such and such and I told him that the number he had for my PO Box was the last 4 digits of my phone number...he said wow I see that I don't know how we made that mistake, he corrected my address and asked if I had a fax machine and he would fax the documents to me and I could fax them back. I did. The info that they wanted on the document was my signature, SSN, and DOB.
On 5/14/08 I called back again to see if they had gotten my fax and AGAIN it was Ricky..and he put me on hold to check with the printing dept to see if it was there...when he came back on he said that they did not get it. And to refax it while he was on the phone..but I did not have access to a fax at that minute.
I decided to go online to see if they had a website and when I put in the company name to search for them I found all of these complaints. I immediately contacted my bank and luckily the bank has given me my $200 back. BUT I am very frustrated that I was scammed by this company and would like to see justice served.
I believe that National Benefit Exchange received my information from going online and applying for Payday Cash Loans. That is the only thing that I can think of.
If anyone would like to contact me about this please email me @
(((ROR REDACTED))) and in the subject line please put National Benefit Exchange Scam.
