I am in need of health insurance, searched the internet for some, i found NBLA, and they called me with a plan that sounded to good to be true, well it was not what they represented, I cancelled within 2 hrs of submitting my application, and did not think i would be charged.

On Dec. 19, they withdrew 326.00 I immediately called for a refund, they said ok, but I never received that payment, then on Dec 30 they took another 326.00, i am furious,
