Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was told that I could reduce our mortgage by paying this company twice/mont. However, they are only paying once /month and holding our money and then charging a fee to pay it on time. There is NO advantage to using this company over paying two extra mortgage payments/year. The program is bogus and I was mislead!

After complaining about the fee and what I was told, I was called back and told that they refunded the initial fee! I was pleased and happy that we could reduce our mortgage and that they will automatically draft our account. Had I not called, we would have been misinformed but they ultimately did the right thing by refunding the fee. (((email redacted)))
