I was quoted a price - including all taxes and fees of 321.99USD for a one way rental to Cancun.  When I collecte the car at the airport I signed an estimated charges document of 8267.88 pesos.

 

Following my return home, my credit card was billed for $15958.68 pesos.

 

This difference 6630 pesos (380 dollars), is made up of a "Drop Off Fee".

 

National Car Rental deny that this 380 dollar fee was a one way fee, but state that "the disputed amount is a result of the exchange rate fee from your financial institution"

 

National Car Rental Customer care have failed terribly, and seem unwilling to even try to understand my complaint.
