This company serves no purpose whatsoever. They are more like an extended warranty than insuranve covering accidents resulting in terminal damage, or, any damage for that matter. They will use the excuse of "negligence" for accidents.
Every accident is caused due to some degree of negligence or just poor foresight which we all get at times.  If you want an extended warranty, contact the phone manufacturer instead.
