As stated on your Request for Service: The phone fell out of the back pocket into the toilet.

Therefore, the following exclusion applies to this request for service:

LIQUID DAMAGE AND CORROSION

Liquid damage and corrosion are excluded from coverage.

MDPA requires that reasonable care and control be exercised at all times. Based on the above listed exclusion, we cannot consider this request for service for payment.

The response above was from my wifes phone accident, a total accident, that I filed with an this compant a total rip off, look at what there web site advertises.
