I thinik it would be in the best interest of the Ohio Court System if we were able to file a class action suit against
National Check Bureau.
Has anyone seen how many cases clog up there system every day? Not to mention how many default cases from helpless consumers who no money to hire an attorney.
I am sure that many consumers rights have been VIOLATED by NATIONAL CHECK BUREAU in those hundreds of a cases that
are filed here in OHIO and a CLASS ACTION SUIT COULD BE FILED AGAINST THEM!
