I had not had any problem with any of my payments being made late as has happened with most of the postings I read. When I received the letter at the end of May 2007 saying that my account was being transferred to another company, I asked point blank about refunding my initial payment of $489.00. I was told several times by the representative that they were working all issues with refunding payments. YEAH RIGHT!! That was back in June and here we are almost in December. If anyone starts a class action lawsuit, please get in touch with me. I hope someone does and gets all of our money back plus interest.
