I owed HSBC money for a past due account. I had difficulty paying it on time. NES got a hold of my account. Mr. Parrish mentioned I would be going to court and could not settle my debt if I did not pay by the June 21st. I ended up paying by June 29th after I found out that NES was highered from Resurgent Capital Services to collect the debt. They said no one was taking me to court and Mr. Parrish was lying through his teeth. He was using a scare tactic to collect a debt.
