National General Radiator WRONG RADIATOR SENT, COMPANY WILL NOT TAKE BACK Illinois
ORDERED A RADIATOR FROM THIS COMPANY FOR MY FREIGHTLINER. GAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE MY FULL VIN# AND THEY SENT ME MY RADIATOR. TOLD ME A PRICE AND IT WASNT THE PRICE THEY CHARGED MY CARD. SECONDLY, IT WAS THE COMPLETE WRONG RADIATOR. DID NOT FIT MY TRUCK WHATSOEVER. CALLED COMPANY, THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK. THEY TOLD ME THAT I MUST HAVE GIVEN THEM THE WRONG VIN #. LONG STORY SHORT, I HAVE A RADIATOR THAT I CANNOT USE AND A CHARGE ON MY CARD FOR 914.95. ATTEMPTED TO DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. I SUGGEST NEVER ORDERING A RADIATOR FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.
