National Imaging Systems-Toner Scam bad deals for the army van nuys , California

 "A" person call me from this company offering me to used one Ink cartridge for free. I told the person that I am not interesting at that time, she keeps insisting on a free ink cartridge no obligation at all. She said "if you like how the ink cartridge work then you can put an order and paid for". I said to myself "well it's free you don't have anything to loose" Wrong statement. I agree to used the ink cartridge repeating to the lady on the other end "remember this is free". After couple with weeks I received the ink cartridge and I used. It's work but nothing great about it. Couples of months down the road I received an invoice for 198.99 charging me for the product. I call the company back and they told me than I have to paid the invoice because I agree to buying the merchandise. I tried to explained what I was told by them but they don't want to heard that was free. We never talk about any price because was free.They being calling me , they send me invoice by regular mail, faxes and more phone calls. Our company policies not allow us to make this kind of purchase, I refuse to paid and don't going to pay them because the offer was for free. I never going to buy anything from any company that the name star with National Imaging. And I still refuse to paid for something that is for free. I can buy a similar product from a great brand for less that the price they charging me. I asked them, why I going to buy something from you when I can made the purchase for less money, less time consume and get the product the same day??
