I called National Magazine Exchange to cancel the magazine subscriptions and requested a partial refund of my $ll2. purchase price. Over and over I was told: "No, I can't do that , but if you give me the location of a nearby school or library, we will send your magazines there. I gave up and Hung Up.

National Magazine makes REFUND.

Good News! They sent me a very nice letter expressing their good will and a check for $111.00 and credited my credit card account $37.00 and said that if we still received any more magazines,that we cancelled, to accept them with their compliments. The letter and the refund came as a complete surprise about a week later.
