This company is charging me for $53.58 for charges to a site that I have never gone to. My son was closing pop_ups on a playstation site and their dialer started dialing. He got off 8 min later and that is when the charges stopped. He is only 14 yrs old. This company has no phone # to contact them at and will not respond to e-mail on their site.
This is not right they are turning me over to there collections because I will not pay them. I have contacted the FTC and BBB and filled claims about this. I will not give in for $53.58

I contacted the FTC and the BBB and made complaints about this company. I then E-mailed the company and informed them of what I had done. I just received a responce from National one stating "I have issued you credit on your bill, you do not owe anything and no further collection actions will occur. I do apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused."
