I received a bill for $72.00 for some pay-per-view website also, from usbi/Telliss on my localphone bill for $36.00

I have no idea what it is, and cannot contact a customer service individual except hit and miss e-mail. They instantly threaten you with all kinds of bad stuff, instead of trying to help like any legitimate company would do.
