National Parts/Search Parts Doctor Bill(What the F ever) Doctor Rip Off Jacksonville, Florida

Ordered a rebuilt ECM from National Parts/Search Parts was told the part was gauranteed to work and was ready to be installed. The part would not need to be flashed but found out that ECM's for Nissans did not start to be flashed til 2000. So, the doctor doesn't know his parts or cars along with his parts manufacturer. It took 18 days to receive the part that was supposed to be shipped within 10 days. Then was told that the part did not need to be matched with all the numbers but found out different from Nissan. They are a huge RIPP OFF. Don't trust any part from them or their knowledge.
