Someone you don't know is going to send you 1.25 Million dollars and they can't come up with $19.99. Why don't they take the $19.99 out of the money and send you a check for $1,249,980.01.

Here is the reason..it is a SCAM. At least you sent them a $20 bill and not something like a check where they have full access to your checking account.
