I was contacted by phone to complete a survey to win a trip on a cruise ship to the bahamas. This completed, I was given a internet address to go to for prize confirmation and other info. A cruise coordinator was supposed to contact me within 72 hours with info on booking my complimentary cruise.

This was 8 days ago! Nothing in my e-mail, no phone call, notta! Evidentally you do their survey, they promise you a trip , then they just back out! Not cool. Is this a common practice or what?
