National Sales Group Promised a training course entitled "Mastering the Art of Selling" and never received it, but was charged for it. Santa Barbara California

I found a job at Careerbuilders and had to go to this recruiter website to apply. That website was National Sales Group. I didn't initially want to pay the $29 for the website so I was considered a free website user. But they said they couldn't apply for any jobs for me unless I paid the $29. So I eventually paid that and he said that for an additional $59 I could take this course called "Mastering the Art of Selling" and that would be added to my resume as completed when they would send my resume to different employers. It's a 30 day free trial and I could send it back if I didn't want it. I ordered this on June 11, and it's June 24 and I still haven't received it. In looking at their FAQ's it states that if you send the book back in good condition and don't fill out the online test at their website they would refund the $59. I called them today to tell them I havent received the information and the lady told me she would email me the forms, which I never received. Now coming here and reading that someone else got ripped off by them doesn't make me feel like I'll get any money back. I wish I had come here first! I'm sick of the scams in this world!
