Do not use this company for your auto warranty needs. I ended up using carcare after these people at Liberty Protection and Patriot Protection scammed me! Just don't use them unless you want to get ripped off. This is Rip off report btw.

#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds

The customer who posted about Patriot Protection stealing from them was right. I worked 3 weeks for them and before I was hired, I asked Stephanie if they had direct deposit and she said yes. Then after I was hired she said that the owner was saying that something was wrong with the direct deposit and then said that I would get a paper check. I She then told me after hiring me when payday was and then changed the date. Then I told her that I have to pay my car payment and she said the owner said they will send the money by Zelle and I kept working for them then on Monday the beginning of the 4th week on August 27th, she fired me while I was at an agreed upon Doctors Appointment. She sent me an email saying we have decided to end the home agent position. Then said in the email ALL money due will be paid out by check. She said she sent it on Monday August 27th but it is now Sept 1st and I still haven't received it. If I don't get that money soon I will be homeless with my 4 year old with no car because I also cannot pay my car payment. So they are crooks.

It’s difficult to validate this statement as you have not provided your name, or policy number for us to validate your claim of a non-refund. I would be more than happy to look into this upon receiving this information. I assure you we meet 100% of our obligations, and then some. We are difinitley NOT a scam. After five years of being in business this is the first report we have received of this type. As much as I’d like to ensure your satisfaction, I doubt you have a valid account with us. Your knowledge of our internal staff indicates that you are actually an ex-employee, as opposed to a customer. I’d be more than happy for you to prove me wrong. Furthermore, we currently have no outstanding customer refunds due. In conclusion, if you cannot provide your name, and policy information, or even a customer I.D.#, I then respectfully ask that this report be taken down for its absolute false rhetoric, and slanderous accusations.
