This company called my office and spoke with an employee making it seem as though they were one of my vendors and they were able to get my credit card info.  They charged my account on several occasions until I realized what they were doing.  I called and complained and they refunded me only 1 time fee of $359.40 check 102427 on 4/27/2007 to my employee and not my name.  I sent it back requesting that this check be resent to me, showing me as they payee.  It was my account that they withdrew from not my employee.  I have sent in several request for the last 3 years requesting my money back and they have failed to do so.
