National small business alliance Warning a big ripoff fraud Lynwood California

A person[man] called me and offered me $8000.00 credit line  for my company, he told me i just had to prove i had a checking account and needed to draw 1 dollar from my account so i gave him my info for checking  and in 2-to 3 business days i would have account card ready and my $8000.00 will be deposited and ready to use.

I kept asking the person only one dollar correct he said yes asked several times then I looked  at my checking acount and found out he had taken to draws one for 1 dollar another for 149.95 same day after he told me he was only going to withdraw one dollar from my account. He even give me a confirmation number 

the phone numbers that they provide to me no one answers it goes to a recording voice mail and then they hang up I want my money back and plus time spent for thrying to solve this plus for having to change all my acount info for my business
