I got this company's contact info from a radio station that played for several months. I googled them for derogatory reviews and didn't find anything online, so I decided to pursue them in finding relief for my student loans.  They sent me all types of paper work and started deducting $380/month to reinstate my loan from default status and were suppose to reduce my loan amount and payments after few months. They started deducting my account and none of it went towards my student loans. I haven't been able to find a resolution in refunding the amount they stole from my account,
