While pricing tires online, NTB's web site shows the Epic Tour 215/60/16 @ $76.99. However, the Calumet City, IL store quoted $81.99. An email to Customer Service has still not answered the question as to whether stores must match web site pricing.

However, I later discovered the store double-charged for Illinois' Tire User fee in the quote; once in the body of the price quote, then added it again as "New Tire Fee" in the charges/credit section.
