National Warranty Services Constant calls for a vehicle I do not own Providence Rhode Island

This company calls me multiple times per week, somtimes multiple calls in a day trying to sell an auto warranty for a 2011 RAV 4 that I have not had since 2014. NO matter what I do they do not stop. When I tell them I no longer own the vehicle and ask them to stop they say they cannot do anything to stop and it is my fault for not cancelling the registration back in 2014. I turned the car in to the dealership where I leased it so I know darn well the registration was cancelled. They need to be shut down!
