Purchased a skooter from this company, and despite numerous unsucessful attempt to get a bill of sale or the certificate of origin signed by them as a dealer, we have not got.

Despite numerous un answered calls and e-mails, It is my intent to go to the attorney general for thier help.

This company (National wholesale tools) is a complete rip off.

National Wholesale Tools Sold and sent a motor scooter, but after 2 months, still have not received a title or certificate of origin. We have emailed the company 8 times and called as many times and had to leave a message every time. No contact, until finally recently. But they were extremely rude and claimed we never contacted them. Indianola Iowa
