Nations Lending is out of compliance in regards to our “approved” loan, which they then fired the branch manager in Santa Rosa, CA and then decided to arbitrarily deny our loan - yet a month later still hasn’t sent out a denial letter nor will release the file & appraisal which would allow us to go to a more reputable firm.

Please file complaints with the Federal Regulators - it gets them in big trouble
