NATIONS LENDING LIES LIES LIES Columbus Ohio

After cold calling to me,  I worked with a senior mortgage loan officer, Nathan Taylor, for weeks and weeks working on my deal.  I was advised that I was 'approved eligible' and received a pre-approval.  Next, was just the little things to be worked out--paperwork, insurance etc.  I even had my purchase agreement re-written per his instructions.  The attorneys and title company were all waiting for the final paperwork.  Little by little the lies started--"I called the title company--they didn't get back to me"  "I reached out to the seller--no reponse"  Over and Over.  Then it became impossible to get in touch with him.  Cryptic emails--I saw you called. 

I'll call you back.  OR most times nothing.  Emailing him over and over; calling him, pleading for him to get back in touch with us so that I could find out where we were in the process. Trying to reach out to his direct supervisors--NOTHING.   THEN last week, on a Sunday, I see an email to him from the title company asking when he was going to order the title?  Confused because I thought that had already been done 2 weeks prior.  Within 2 days, we were advised by Nations Lending that he was 'no longer with the company' and my file had been transferred to someone else.  OK, I contacted him--within one day I was advised that HE was also 'no longer with the company'.

  I was assigned the THIRD loan officer--initially everything seemed in order--I had passed the "ACAP" and he placed the order for title and scheduled the appraisal (which was done)  AND THEN THE CALL--FIRST: I had never been 'approved eligible'  SECOND: I shouldn't have gotten the pre-approval   THIRD: in order to get the loan for a 2nd home, I would need a co-borrower.  And his answer to my questions--well, I just got the file; the orignal loan officer is no longer with the company; I can't speak to what he said or did.  REALLY??? You work for Nations Lending HE worked for Nations Lending. Someone has to speak to what they did to me???   The pain and suffering that this has caused me is immeasurable. When he called me today, I got physically ill and I thought I was going to faint.  To sum up--THEY LIE THEY LIE THEY LIE and then they say you don't qualify.  From February through May--I think I am waiting on a closing date--and I have NOTHING.  NOTHING but a knot in my stomach and pain in my heart.  How dare they???
