Nationstar and First Horizon Rip Off on loan modification Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
HAd loan with First Horizon....tried for 2 years to get a loan modification....finally got one that FH charged me for etc....made a few payments then the "sold servicing" to Nationstar....
Same game started again...they knew nothing of FH modification-sent them copies...they never got them??...tried to send me a new modification with an even higher principal ballance???
Then I was told over phone a new Modification coming but it never did//????
Would LOVE to be part of a class action against either company..

they are crooks and do business in the name of Champion Mortgage, Greentree Servicing, and Centex Home Equity Mortgage, they are schizophrenic and have mastered the predatory lending and fraudulant loan mortgage business, how else would they be worth billions. they only hire idiots with GED's too, look at their requirements when hiring...GED and experience preferred, confidentiallity a must. They have every cop and every court and every lawyer who is a judge and lawyer who isn't a judge in their pocket. I have been told from an insider (my brother-in-law is a lawyer) that Nationstar Mortgage LLC is known for paying off everyone and anyone so they can keep stealing homes and ripping off Wall Street, the Government, SEC and taxes. THEY ARE THE MAFIA...THEY ARE WORTH BILLIONS AND STOLE PRETTY MUCH ALL OF IT

My mother tried for a modification with Nationstar and they acted as if they wanted to help her. We went to all the trouble and stress to get all the info asked for, when we submitted it ALL we were told that we needed TWO more pieces of info from Social security and her retirement company. S.S. is hard to work with but finally got that info, they then told us they needed ONE more thing then once submitted they needed just ONE more item. I wrote them and told them if they didn't want to help they should just say so instead of stressing an old woman out like they are doing by giving her the run around. Guess they just want to foreclose. Bank of America is the one that sold to Nationstar. RIPOFFS.

Nation Star has be calling me for 4 months with a voice message...It was very disrupting to my business. when I called them to find out why they were calling me they could not find me in their data base and treated me like I was imagining this...I had a cell record with over 100 calls from their machine.
last month I called them I got mad the operater told me to send $50 to her paypal and I would be taken off of the list... I wouldreort them to the law but thelast time I turned in a scammer the cops did not care.
