NationStar Tax Advisors, LLC ; William Ray - Regional Manager Derrick King, Kim Irving, Jamie Johnson, customer service dept, legal dept, and accounting dept. They promised/guaranteed to reduce our tax liability with the IRS for a $1,750 fee. They took our fee and then said they could not help us. Orlando FL

They call themselves tax advisors, however in my opinion they are all sales people trying to make money off people that need help. They request all sorts of information and talk to you upfront when they are collecting your money. After that, they do not return phone calls or emails. They took our $1,750, did not help us, and made our tax situation worse.

We negotiated a partial refund - however, they never sent it and lied about it over many months. I had two attorneys contact them, but William Ray and the rest of his colleagues and accomplices ignored them as well. Not sure why they are not out of business or behind bars.

I guess they know how to manipulate the legal system. Attorney General of FL and the BBB of FL both said there was nothing they could do to help us. Since we do not live in FL; the small claims court was not a feasible option. I guess they will continue to RIPOFF people that really need some help.
