Nationwide Property Brokers Smarter Property Group Underpaid me by $10,000 and used my walking disability to stop me dealing with other builders in the Hastings area Port Macquarie NSW

I had a referal agreement with Paul Loughland of Nationwide property Brokers to introduce buyers to the property he had for sale. 

When I introduced my buyer to NPB to purchase a property they had for sale, I spent around 3 hours showing them the block of land to build their investment property.

Once the contracts were signed Paul Loughland told me I would only get $4000 for the sale yet, he would have had an agreement to receive between $30k to $40k commission.  The agreement I had with them said that I would receive 40% of the total commission which would be around $14k commission payable to me.

I was told I would receive also a fee from the management property for the referal. The property was dual key so therefore there are two tenants in the property. The rent from both tenants would be around $700 to $750pw. When they told me I was only to receive $4000k for the sale I was very annoyed and wrote them a letter stating that I would not continue my arrangement any further.

The letter in response to me from Arcadia Loughland was extremely insulting and told me to get help as I had a mental problem and that the builders in the area did not want to deal with me because OH&S.

As I had a problem walking down some unfinished stairs in a new development inspecting a property with them they assisted me.  However they have now made it virtually impossible for me to do any business in town as they have used my disability to stop me getting properties to sell in the area.

This has stressed me greatly as I should have been paid more that $4000k.
