I was surprise to find a $78.41 charge for a free bottle on this product with less time over the holidays to cancel. The web site is unclear and very miss leading. I did a survey and the site did not fully explain all the conditions. When clicking on the terms a second then a third pop up with a long scroll to find all the conditions came up . this was too late to cancel the full amount and a $20.00 "refund" was offered. The memebership to a monthly refill bottle also had to be cancelled. The company provide 2 numbers and one never worked and the other kept me on hold for 1 hour. I did get a call back howeve this was to late
