I was told on the phone by the customer service representative that I had checked a box on the order form saying I agreed to the terms and conditions. There is no such box to be checked on the sign up page. I requested that my money be refunded and was told that since I had agreed to the terms and conditions by checking that box (what box? check out their website. There is no such box). This is very underhanded marketing as they make it seem like the first bottles are free and then we can order it if we like the product. If there HAD been a check box for the terms and conditions, I definitely would have been sure to read them. If I would have known how much they charged for this product that DOES NOT WORK, by the way, I never would have even ordered.
