They send you a "free" trial for S&H and then tell you, once received, that if you don't cancel in 14 days, on the 15th day they will automatically charge $93.95 for your next shipment.

I called to cancel and never spoke to a person. No matter what option I chose, I was put on hold for a long, long, time.

Call your credit card company to try to pre-empt this charge as an ongoing authorization.
