This is one of 2 Costa Rican airways, the other being Sansa.  NatureAir has been SHUT DOWN BY THE COSTA RICAN GOVERNEMENT, YET THEY CONTINUE TO SELL TICKETS THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE "IN ANTICIPATION THAT THEY'LL BE OPERATIONAL BY THEN."  My flight was cancelled.....no one will answer at the 1-800 number, and NatureAir ticket counters at the Liberia and San Jose airports are CLOSED.  GOOGLE "NATUREAIR REVIEWS" AND YOU WILL FIND A SLEW OF PEOPLE, MYSELF INCLUDED, WHO HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO RECEIVE REFUNDS.  My only hope is that my credit card company will refund my money.
