I paid the full price to the trial offer. I called & cancelled any future shipments, because the product did not work as guaranteed. The customer service rep told me to return the second package, since it had already been shipped, and the charge would be removed from my credit card. I returned the shipment in March and have not received the credit.

I have emailed customer service several times and they will not respond.
