Naturodoc Customer Service Reno Nevada

This company has terrible customer service. I called to order a product, took me 3 seperate calls to get intouch with someone and once I did I was "greeted" by the representative with a snarly attitude " naturodoc this is rita" I then said "hello how are you" as anyone who is accustomed to speaking on the telephone often does. I was then treated extremely rudely told she was busy and rushed through my order, once it was placed I was promptly hung up on. Upon reaching out to the company via email, I recieved an email back from her, instead of who it was supposed to go to, calling me a sleezy telemarketer because I asked the "personal question" of hello how are you. She also included in a second email to me, that she forwarded an email to the person who was originally suposed to get the email I sent, that she took care of it and he doesn't have to bother. Im not sure if I am going to even recieve the products I ordered and Ive seen many other complaints about this woman online and havr no Idea why she is still answering the phone for this company. Plus I now know you can order this product on amazon so by rita you have cost your company money.
